One of the wines we purchased from our visit to Silver Coast Winery was their Calabash White. We both enjoyed this table wine during our wine tasting, and knew it would be a refreshing white wine to pair with seafood or poultry dinners.
What they say: “Light Granny Smith apple and hints of apricot surrender to white flowers on the nose. This light and refreshing wine seduces the palate with crisp apple and a light minerality. Hints of lemongrass grace the clean, almost delicate finish.”
- Food Pairing: Lighter foods such as green vegetables, seafood, poultry
- Cheese Pairing: Havarti, Monterey Jack, Gruyère, Young Cheddar
- Label Artist: Harry Baxely
